1. Who we are
Campaign Huddle is operated by the operator named in the Imprint. In this policy "we" and "us" mean that operator.
2. What we process
Account data: your email address, display name and the identity provider subject. Workspace data: the marketing context, tool stack, campaigns, activities, approvals, execution records, results and learning that you and your authorised agents store. Technical data: access logs, security events and the OAuth connection state of your AI clients.
3. Why we process it
To provide, secure, maintain and improve the Service, to meet legal obligations and, only when a workspace owner has enabled Data Contribution, to produce de-identified aggregated intelligence as described in the Terms.
4. Who receives it
Our hosting provider in the European Union, the identity provider that verifies your email, and the email provider that delivers sign-in codes. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Account and workspace data are kept while your account exists and deleted on request. Expired authorisation requests, codes, proposals and idempotency records are removed automatically within 90 days.
6. Newsletter
The newsletter is optional. We record your choice, the consent text and the time. You can withdraw at any time in Email preferences.
7. Your rights
You can access, export, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent. Contact support@campaignhuddle.com.
8. Changes
We will ask you to acknowledge this policy again when it changes.
