Campaign Huddle Terms of Service

Status: proposal for the pilot. Not yet reviewed by counsel.

Version 0.1.0-draft · Effective date 14 October 2026 · Last updated 14 October 2026

1. These Terms

Campaign Huddle is operated by the operator named in the Imprint ("we", "us"). These Terms govern the use of campaignhuddle.com, the web application at app.campaignhuddle.com, the MCP endpoint at app.campaignhuddle.com/mcp and the Campaign Huddle plugins for Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients (together the "Service").

Before accessing your workspaces or connecting an AI assistant, you must accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. We record your account, the document versions and hashes, the source and the time of acceptance. If we update either document, you must acknowledge the current documents before continuing.

2. The Service

The Service keeps a governed record of marketing context, tools, campaigns, activities, approvals, execution, results and learning for a workspace. It does not publish, contact prospects or spend money without the approval required by the workspace.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You need a verified email identity. Workspace owners control membership, product settings, data contribution and billing. You are responsible for the people and agents you authorise.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you store. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, secure, maintain and improve the Service for you. The separate Data Contribution authority in section 8 is not granted by these Terms alone.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send unlawful communications, to process data you may not provide, or to interfere with the Service or other customers.

6. Fees

The pilot is free of charge. Any later subscription will be agreed separately before it is billed.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided during the pilot without an availability commitment. We may change or discontinue features with notice where practicable.

8. Data contribution

Private workspace data is required to operate the Service. Cross-company use is a distinct purpose. Only an authorised workspace owner may enable Data Contribution, after seeing which records are eligible, what is excluded and how withdrawal works. When enabled, we may transform eligible workspace data into de-identified and aggregated statistical records and use those records to create benchmarks, patterns and product insights. Shared learning never discloses customer identities, raw content, contacts, credentials or customer-specific records. Disabling contribution stops future processing and removes pending records. Raw customer content is not used to train a general-purpose model.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and export your data. We may suspend access for a material breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

Swiss law applies. The courts at the operator's seat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
